open account to new computer
Im trying to open my account on my new computer to deauthorize computers but it wont let me go to account or authorize this computer

What version of iTunes is installed? See Authorize or deauthorize your computer for iTunes Store purchases - Apple Support. Account > View My Account should get you to a page where you can deauthorize all existing computers so you can authorize your current one.
