restore Ipad
I messed up my Ipad while backing up my ipad. now when it comes on, it shows a plugin and "support.apple.com/ipad/restore"

Whatever you have done has certainly caused a problem. Your iPad must now be restored:

You’ll need access to either a PC (with iTunes installed) or a Mac (with iTunes or Finder - as appropriate for the installed version of MacOS).
