Is it possible to get back deleted notes from settings iCloud if you reset all content and settings and start off from the previous backup?

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today restoring deleted Notes from a backup.

If you aren't syncing Notes with iCloud or another service, this might be possible. Notes would be part of your backup in this scenario. Keep in mind, restoring a backup would replace data saved to your iPhone since that last backup.
