No sound when playing game & buttons
I’ve got no sound when I’m playing the games and also no sound from the click buttons on the side button.

We understand you're not hearing sound while playing games. We'd be happy to provide information to help you address this.
Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics and make sure change with buttons is enabled. Raise the volume with the buttons on the left side of your device. Also, if you're not hearing the lock sound, make sure it is enabled in that same screen.
