I need a refund

I canceled my Apple Music subscription I would like a refund

iPhone 12, iOS 14

As I understand it , when you cancel a paid subscription , you may continue using it until the next billing date . Regarding the refund , try : https://support.apple.com/contact , then

under "talk to us " , select "get help " > music > Apple Music > choose a topic > select email ,

schedule a call or chat (text messaging) > ask about the refund .
