I have us card and I purchase it in kuwait how can I charge it it’s giving me this card valid for us store front

It is likely an issue of it being a US card and you trying to use it when your ID is associated with a different country.

If you can‘t redeem your App Store & iTunes Gift Card, Apple Music Gift Card, or content code - https://support.apple.com/HT201195#differentcountry --> Card or code is from a different country or region:

"If you see a message that says the code must be redeemed in another storefront, the card was probably purchased in another country or region. You can't redeem Apple Gift Cards or App Store & iTunes Gift Cards outside of the country or region of purchase. For example, if you bought an App Store & iTunes Gift Card in France, you can't redeem it in the App Store in the United States."

If this is a USA card then you will have to move to the USA and make it your home country to use the card. ALternatively, if you have a friend in the USA you can send the card to that person as a birthday gift.
