How can I disable all the "auto-turn-on" features of the 2018 MacBook Pro?

It's hard to clean the screen and keyboard because the MacBook boots up so easily, so I want the Power Button to be only way to boot up the laptop. Anyone have an answer?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.2

You can stop auto boot from raising the lid but this is not a cure-all for your issue, since any key will initiate boot up.

However if you boot up, Control Command Q locks the screen and no keyboard action is going to impact your cleaning, unless you enter your psswd.
