Why is my Apple ID suspended and how to fix
I disputed a charge I didn’t recognize on I tunes thru PayPal and now my Apple ID is suspended. How do I fix

This is a user to user support forum, so we do not know why it was locked.
But I suspect it might be because you disputed a charge originating from your own account.
If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
