ACTIVATION

Hi there,

I broke my iphone recently and so Vodafone have sent me a new one, however, when I tried to set it up I got the message:

'Your iphone could not be activated because the activation server cannot be reached.'

Vodafone said I needed to speak to Apple. Can you help?
