How to turn off infrared on iPhone X

My iPhone X accidentally turned on the infrared setting. I don't know how it happened but I can't turn it off. Google says to go settings, general, accessibility, and turn of black and white. My phone menu does not have this path and I can't find the black and white setting. Can anyone tell me a step by step method to turn this off?
