Limited edition challenge badge not awarded

The February limited edition badge did not get awarded even though I achieved the challenge - how do I correct this?

Limited Edition Challenges I’ve completed the criteria for the last 2 limited edition challenges, waited the 9 days and haven’t received either of the badges. Both phone and watch are up to date and connected to wifi.

Restart the watch and phone,I had to do this twice before the award appeared.
