Try this:

First log out of Find My iPhone

If you are using PC, then you need to download iTunes. If you use a Mac, you do not need to download anything.

1) Turn off your iPhone completely

2) Connect your USB to Lightning cable to your PC / Mac

3) Connect the cable to your iPhone, the moment you connect the cable hold down the Home Button and hold it down - until you see a screen with a computer and cable icon. It's Recovery Mode.

Now you should have the option to do a restore from your computer. Press Restore, your computer will download a new IPSW to your iPhone, then it will restore it and update.

Worth noting. If Find My iPhone is enabled, you will be prompted to enter the code for your Apple ID when your iPhone is restarted.

I hope it worked out.

Sorry for the slow response. I get limited by "Post limits".

Is your iPhone in Recovery Mode (Black screen with computer and cable icon)?

You can try another USB port or cable. Also try a reboot of your Mac. You can also try switching to another network. The Code 4013 can often be solved by trying the above.
