Is it possible to install NoScript on an iPad? I've downloaded the .xpi file but am unable to do anything with it.
If it is possible, how do I add it to Firefox?
This is my first iPad, I'm used to my iMac, so it's an adjustment for me.

iPad and Mac are different platforms, with different Operating Systems and features.
Unlike macOS, iPadOS is a sandboxed system architecture. iPadOS (and iOS, its iPhone equivalent) do not support browser extensions.
iOS/iPadOS does not support installable browser extensions.
