Why are you asking for a credit card? SSI and then say my credit card was denied and want another one, I do not feel comfortable giving credit card information and my credit card is good! Why am I locked in the first place?

Why do I have to give you credit card information when you already have one on file? Why is my account locked in the first place? I’ve rarely used it!
