Upgrade to Mac Os version 10.14.0 or later

I need Mac Os version 10.14.0 or later to install a program.

Now I have OS X El Capitan version 10.11.6.

So my question is : To what do I have to upgrade to get version 10.14.0 or later, because the suggested upgrades are for example Big Sur or High Sierra or other names, but it doesn't give information about which version it is ?
