Flash is Dead. Adobe killed it.

Flash is more than just the flash player. There is a server side component that is used to distribute flash content. That piece is also dead.

Adobe announced the death of Flash in July of 2017. Any developer that was too lazy or stupid to migrate to another platform is now dead in the water.

There are no replacements for Adobe Flash Player. Flash is dead.

All flash content on the Internet is dead.

There would be nothing you could do with a 'flash player replacement' even if you could find one.
