iPad Pro 1st Gen - case compatability

I need a case for my iPad Pro 12.9" (1st gen). Can I use a 3rd/4th generation case with my 1st gen device?

There are many cases for the fourth generation iPad Pro 12.9” that are not compatible with the first generation.

Thanks Sberman. Just to clarify, I have a voucher for a store that doesn't stock cases specifically for 1st gen (only 3rd & 4th) so before I use my voucher I want to check.
