iPhone colors all weird and messed up
I just got a new phone the iPhone 11 for Christmas and this just started randomly switching colors and being all weird I can’t fix it

Check Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size.. Are the switches on for Smart Invert, Classic Invert? Are there any Color Filters applied? If so, turned em off..
If you are just talking about light/dark mode.. if set to change at sunrise & sunset you'd see it switch every morning and evening. If you don't like that then Settings > Display & Brightness, turn off the toggle switch for Automatic. Select the appearance you want it to stay on
