Today when I went to look at the apps in my App Library they have almost all moved to the Other folder. Yesterday they were all in other folders like Health & Fitness, Entertainment, Social etc. why have they changed today?

They rearrange based on your use of them.
They have now all moved back to their original folders. Why is anyone’s guess.
They move around within a folder but don’t completely change folders (from my experience), apart from the Suggestions and Recently Added.
Every non Apple App has moved into Other. They weren’t yesterday (or since iOS 14 introduced the Library).
