hi, i am having trouble with my old email account. i settled up all my device with my old email account and i cant recovered my password. i tried everything and nothing works. and i have a new email account and it cant link with my device because i have to add my old password from my old account. can someone help me please?

You cannot recover it if you cannot remember it. For obvious reasons, it is never stored anywhere on Apple’s systems in any human readable format.
You can reset it (If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support) or if that fails use account recovery (How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support).
