How do you send another person the money once you redeem the money
how Do I send the money to another device if I already redeemed the card but I haven’t used any of the money

You can't send it to another person without having the iTunes Store staff putting it back onto the card.
To access it on another device under your control, log into the Apple ID you redeemed the card into.
