Been hacked how to delete duck duck go from my safari and recover my Apple ID

I’ve been hacked since October I can’t get help from near the sprint like apple they have my doctor go as my Safari and they have all default apps on all my apps is there anybody that can please give me any information on how to get this hacker off my phone because they have attached the airline to my line they listen to my conversations they have access my camera if accessed my microphone and they took over my Apple ID I have no idea who to turn to please help

We're happy to help with the trouble you'er having with your Apple ID account, as well as the search engine on Safari. First, get the steps to regain and secure your Apple ID account here:

If you think your Apple ID has been compromised

And you change the search engine on Safari by going to Settings > Safari > Search Engine, and selecting the on you prefer. Get more info on that here:
