Apple Watch Generation 3

I recently purchased an Apple Watch Generation 3.

My Apple Watch generation 3 is due an update to OS 7.3 but I only have 2.1 go of free space which is not sufficient for the upgrade. This occurs every time there is an update due. My only option is to reset the watch and therefore lose all info on the watch. I have just completed this process and the capacity is now 4.1gb with 3.3 gb available with 0 applications installed. Surely it should not be necessary to reset the watch every time an update is due a as the OS system seems to be using more than half of the memory?????

If you don’t have enough space to update your Apple Watch (unpair)

Try this;

Unpair your Apple Watch via the Watch app on your iPhone.

Then Re-pair your Apple Watch again,this usually frees up a enough storage space to update your watch.And without any loss of data.
