i cant see my network

kindly note that i am working on the server of my company , and i can access to the wifi of the office, before i can also access my network and access all the partitions and the employees computers and files. but as shown in the pictures the network is not shown in the finder file and if shown in Amr's macbook it is not workable and i am unable to see any of the partitions in the server. i checked my IP and network options and setting but it is all ok. but still no chance to access. pls. assist .
