Personal and work IDs

I have two apple IDs. One for work and one for personal use. I want to use the personal one to get my music on the iphone xr. But there is no options in the settings menu to set this up. What do i do?

Can I set up 2 Apple IDs? I have an iPod touch that I use for music for my business. For obvious reasons, I don't want all my personal stuff on there. Can I set up a separate Apple ID that I use to just sync music on the business iPod? Or, is there a way that I can only have selected playlists on the iPod and not have all my personal stuff on there?

Personal and Company iPhones' Sharing Apple Music but Nothing Else I have two iPhones: one old iPhone 8 for personal use and one brand new iPhone 12 from my employer. I don't want to share my personal Apple ID on the iPhone 12 from my employer as it's supervised, and I created another Apple ID just for the office phone. However, I do wish that the office phone (iPhone 12), under the different Apple ID, could share my Apple Music. Is this possible? I wish that Apple could somehow permit two Apple IDs from the same individual to selectively share information between different devices, especially in the situation for office phones. Many thanks.

You can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.
