Apple Fitness App Competitions

Hello,

I am trying to do a competition challenge through the Fitness App. However, the app is sharing the data from wife's app/watch and not mine. I believe both watches use the same AppleID/ICloud account. My wife uses my old watch.

Is there a way to set up the competition so the data from watch is shared in the competition and not my wife's?
