Camera Shutter Sound on iPhone 11 pro max

Hi,

I bought an iPhone 11 Pro Max and later using it found out that the camera shutter sound is always present. I used the side silent button did not work -- turned off the volume still the problems persisted. Updated to iOS 14.4

It's not a Japanese version iPhone. Sharing details below:
