Hello! I can’t find an “delete” button on apps, in AppStore and Settings of my iPad. And when I ask Siri “how I can delete apps” - she told me that SHE can’t delete apps. But I even didn’t ask her about it.
So, what the problem and how I can delete app?

You need to check/verify your ScreenTime restrictions:
Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps - ensure that this permission is set to Allow

Just either long tap/hold on an app icon or long tap/hold anywhere on the iPad's screen until your iPad goes into “jiggle” mode and a delete “X” appears in the corner of each app icon.
Then, just tap the “X” to delete the app.
