Gift card purchase
I ordered some head phones with gift cards and canceled the order. Now the gift cards no longer have value. How do I reclaim the balance? I used three cards for a total of more than $500.

This is a user-to-user forum. No one here (with VERY limited exceptions) works for Apple. We can't help you directly with this type of problem. I suggest you contact Apple Support.
