sync iphone calendar with outlook with itunes

When I try and sync with itunes i dont see the options as stated in the instructions outlook provides

Windows, Windows 10

I believe you want to be using "iCloud for Windows" - not iTunes. See the "On your PC" section in:

Set up and use iCloud for Windows - Apple Support

and:

Get help using Outlook with iCloud for Windows - Apple Support
