Keyboard is not working

Trying to download an app in the App Store and it’s asked me to put in a password with this keyboard? Anyone know of a solution?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

We understand that you're being prompted to enter your Apple ID password when trying to download an app, but the keyboard is blank. We want to help.


Does the issue only happen in the App Store, or does it happen in other apps as well?


Are you using the built-in iOS keyboard, or are you using a third-party keyboard? This page explains how to view and manage the keyboard settings on your device: About the keyboards settings on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch


Since running into that issue, has your iPhone been restarted? Restart your iPhone If so, does restarting correct the issue temporarily, or is there no change?
