As you've already been told this is a user to user forum. Apple isn't here. With that in mind please don't use all caps as it's considered shouting and rude and is more difficult to read.

If you want to vent your frustration and anger at Apple use the phone number at the bottom of this page.

Also, please read the following user tip and restate your question/problem in detail

Could you please give us some more details?

Which system version is running on more Mac?

Which version of Photoshop do you have installed?

What is the current problem? What happens now, when you try to open a photo in PhotoShop? DO you get an error message? Which message?

What has been the problem you tried to fix? And what has been the advice you followed?

If you upgraded to a new system version and some applications should now be incompatible, you may want to restore your Mac to the previous state from the last Time Machine backup you made, before you changed something. The procedure is described here:Recover all your files from a Time Machine backup - Apple Support https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/mac-help/mh15638/11.0/mac/11.0

I apologize for the caps. I was livid. It was very wrong of me to take out my frustration here.

Another advisor was able to partially fix the problem. No one seems to know what happened. I've been on a Mac for 37 years and a photographer for much longer than that. I will be upgrading so there should be more continuity with the upgrade. I am always reluctant to update the system since doing so lost me a folder of 90 magazine covers that I had shot for a particular publisher... but it was never found again... even by the engineers. Time Machine was on, but it wasn't in there either. It was lost. And I couldn't call the publisher as the company had gone out of business just a month before.
