quickbooks app 2021

Hi there, since a last update of eitherickBooks my app doesn’t no longer load or work. I hit the button on my Home Screen I get a white screen with QuickBooks logo for about a second and then it just goes back to my home phone screen. I am running 14.4 software on phone. I have tried turning phone off and on, deleting app and turning phone off and on and reinstalling app from App Store. I’ve spoke to customer service (what service) at QuickBooks who say it’s not there problem, there’s nothing wrong at their end must be a incompatible problem with the device. It’s been 9 days since I discovered the problem, so I am hoping someone here may be able to help. Thank you.

Your graphic shows the app needs updating .

It is the responsibility of the app developer to make sure their software works on iOS 14.4, not Apple's

They are ducking out by saying otherwise.

However you could completely restore the phone and try again. If it fails on a vanilla phone, it is down to Quickbooks.

Backup and restore

(2) Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings – Apple Support

(3) set up the phone as new with your AppleID but do not restore from backup yet. install Quickbooks and test. If it still fails it is Quickbooks' problem to solve

(4) Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup

Thank you for noticing that, glad I posted the screen shot, yes I believe that they have a bug with new iso update and are stalling until they fix it but they are one of the biggest accounting software companies in the world, so I can’t be the only person having trouble or is it a setting within the phone that’s change?
