Apple TV+ subscription

I want to change the region of my iTunes, but it says that I have to cancel my Apple TV+ subscription first. I have a free subscription until July so I was wondering if I would be able to redeem it after I change the region or if it's going to be cancelled for good?

Customers who cancel during the offer period will forfeit the remainder of their offer.

The free trial period is a one shot option. If you cancel the subscription, you will not be able to continue your free trial period. But you can always subscribe again, as a paying customer.
