Why does my phone have the red part instead of the normal green call part in the corner? I checked everything and I am nothing recording anything. I am currently using whatsapp call.

WhatsApp is telling the phone it is recording the call, either sound or vision.

If that is not true then it is WhatsApp app that is giving the wrong status.
