No User Consent" Shown for Driver Install on Big Sur on M1 Mac Mini

No User Consent" Shown for Driver Install. I am using Big Sur on M1 Mac Mini

I did a driver install but it did not seem to be working so I found out through "System Information" it was listed under "Disabled Software" with "No User Consent" as the reason it was disabled.

I went to System Preferences, clicked on Security & Privacy and there is nothing showing in the Security and Privacy as blocked

Can you give me directions on giving this particular driver user consent?

Judging from the Error Message "Disabled Software" that the driver may not have be Certified as compatible or Certificate has not been issues by Apple. Developer must submit to Apple for Certification and if accepted by Apple, they Apple issues a Digital Certificate that will allow it to install and function. Suggest verify with Developer of the driver.
