I have a new podcast on Apple Podcast and I know several people rated it and let comments but I don't see these anywhere. Is there a delay before the ratings appear or why are they not showing ?

It’s supposed to take up to 24hrs - but you can only see the reviews from your respective country. So if you live in the UK but the person who left your review lives in Australia, their review will only be visible to other users in Australia. You’ll never see it unless you use a third party service that can scrape them for you.

Batling the same issue. From what I understand it can take up to 24 hours for the reviews to show. For me, it's been more than 7 days and nothing appeared. And the review I've sent myself to the person that reviewed my podcast back, appeared within those 24 hours.
If you figure it out I'd love to hear about it!
