How can I change cover art for the book that was just published on iBooks?

Can't change default cover New one on me. I design a cover in iBooks Author, replacing the default image and putting my title in place of the placeholder. (I've done this many times.) But it's not working for me. When I preview on my iPad, I get my correct title, but the image stays the default, that black&white cactus that Apple likes to use. If I preview on my Mac, I get the correct cover. Just not on the iPad. Weird? I can't see what's wrong. I hope someone else can tell me. JS

Images missing from existing Photo Books I created, and had printed through Apple, three books. I created them in iPhoto. I'm now running Photo and notice that several images have disappeared from the books. Those images exist in my Photo Library. I'd add them back, however, there seems to be no way to edit the old projects. And when I right- click on the projects, I can Rename or Delete, but the Duplicate Project option is grayed out. How can I repair these books without spending hours and hours re-creating them from scratch?
