Camera and torch not working iPhone 12 mini

The torch and back cameras on my iPhone 12 mini are no longer working in any way. I looked around online for fixes, but most say ‘usually caused by damage’. I keep my phone in immaculate condition, I’ve never dropped it, etc. and I only got the thing in December. This isn’t a problem I could have caused through damage. My question, then, is: is this a common problem? Is it fixable under warranty? If so, how do I even begin the process?
