iphone notes

On my iphone, I don't have the taskbar for writing manually, with my finger in "Notes". Does anyone know why this would happen? Thank You

Ios 15.0.2 Notes are invisible when typing On my iPhone 12 Pro Max (but not on my iPad), while running ios 15.0.2, when I try to enter a note in the Notes app, it's invisible. why can't I see the content of my iPhone notes? When I click on a note title on my iPhone 11 Pro there is nothing there. The content of the note I've written has disappeared.
