Hi there shahad10,

We understand that you are seeing a prompt about a non trusted certificate on your iPhone. We’d like to help however we can.

To start, do you have any mobile device management (MDM) profiles installed on your iPhone under Settings > General > Profiles? If so, we would recommend contacting the organization that installed this profile to get more information about this certificate.

MDM overview for Apple devices

If you do not have any profiles installed, what exactly are you doing on your iPhone when this prompt appears? You can also find a full list of trusted root certificated in iOS 14 here:

List of available trusted root certificates in iOS 14, iPadOS 14, macOS 11, watchOS 7, and tvOS 14

We hope that helps! Cheers.
