How do I add an image to my email signature on an iPhone iOS 14

How do I add an image to my email signature on an iPhone iOS 14... need to add company email signature png and don't see the option to "paste" the image / photo when I click inside the signature area. I have the option to copy / select / select all, but no paste option.
