For the past week or so I have noticed my XR keeps dropping WiFi signal but other devices are connected fine. Have soft reset, switched WiFi on/off which seems to work temporarily. Anyone else having issues, wondering if this issue is since the last update?

Thank you for your reply. I realised I was also having the same issue on my iPad but confusingly my sons new iPhone was not experiencing the same problem. I forgot the network on the devices that were dropping WiFi connection and reentered the details, this seems to have rectified the issue. It seems it must have been an issue caused by the new update. My son was not experiencing it as his phone was only recently set up in the last few days.

I have found multiple threads complaining of the same issue occurring after an update. My update is to 14.4 It was suggested in the discussions to reset network settings which I have done. This seems to have increased my WiFi speed albeit not to the same speed as my sons phone but for the moment it has reduced the dropping in and out.
Makes me very suspicious that an update can impair the functionality of my phone to render it useless when it is only a year old... shame on you Apple.

Update: The problem persists. I am able to connect to WiFi but my speed is slow and is dropping in and out. This is an issue that has occurred since the recent update. It is not my router as when I speed test mine and my sons iPhone SE2020 side by side he is receiving speeds of 186mb, my XR is receiving 11mb.
