I would like Apple to replace my iPhone 7

I would like Apple to replace my

IPhone 7.

I tried to download a software update

14.4 from Apple.

and now I have no service!

I went an got a new Sims Card from local Verizon store and they claim. It’s a defect in the software that disables the phone.

so due to Apples update. I am with out service on my phone.

I am not paying for a new phone.

so, please send me an upgraded replacement, so this doesn’t happen to me again.
