hello, how can I cancel my apple care plan?

I suspect that you are paying monthly for the AppleCare+ plan. If this is the is the case then you can end that subscription by opening Settings ➔ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➔ Subscription : Locate and tap on the AppleCare+ plan and then end/cancel the subscription.
