We understand that you're wondering how to stop sharing reminders on your iPhone 12 Pro. Are you wanting to stop sharing an entire list in the Reminders app? If yes, you would open the Reminders app > open the list you're sharing > tap the button with the three dots in the upper right-hand corner > Delete List (if you want to delete the list completely) or you can choose Manage Shared List and then click into people who you want to remove access for that list.
