No. Unless you, for some reason, Jailbreak it and thus make it vulnerable to viruses. If you have not jailbroken your iPhone then it is not infected with viruses.
What makes you believe that your iPhone 8 may be or will be infected with a virus.

If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.

Went into a website than I was send a message that my phone infected with 18 viruses!!
is this only applicable to iPhone only that it can’t be infected with virus ?
