Is there a way you can downgrade a specific app from Mac OS, I'm using Catalina right now, btw. I just didn't like the new updated icon designs for Keynote, Pages, and Numbers. Their looks are pretty much the ones in Big Sur already. Thanks

Apple does not provide full installers for older versions of Pages, Numbers, or Keynote, so unless you have these applications from an older Catalina Time Machine backup, you use what you have now.
