Hello why have I been charged on the 16/02/21 £4’99 for Apple TV when I cancelled on the 14/02/21? Can I have a refund please?

Lots of items are 4.99. Please verify that it was for Apple TV+.

Verify that the cancelation procedure was completed, and on time (at least 24 hours before the renew moment).
