Family share on iCloud storage

I recently upgraded to a 200g iCloud storage plan for my wife and I to share. For some reason her iCloud account isn’t using that family plan. Her iPad and iPhone are still using the 5g that comes with them and she’s running out of space. In my iCloud settings she’s added as a family member. I’m not sure how to have her iCloud account use the family plan so that she has storage.
